When you meet someone it is better to interested than interesting. This shows that someone's most important and we are more passionate about that and really care about them.

Communication is really interested if you focus on others.if you tell about yourself it is interesting, not interested. Try to listen to other.

“One of the best ways to influence people is to make those around you feel important. The more you talk about them, the more important they will feel”

For example, As mentioned in the book Mr. Thurston was acknowledged dean of magicians. He had traveled all over the world. More than 60 million people had paid admission to his show and he had made 52 million in profit .when asked him his secret of success. He told us that he had two things that others did not. First, could his personality across the footlights. He knew human nature, every gesture, everything he did. He told us that every time he went on stage he said to himself” I am grateful because these people come to see me I am going to give them the very best I possible.

“ To get to the next level of greatness depends on the quality of the culture which depends on the quality of the relationship which depends on the quality of the conversation. Everything happens through conversation”

MY EXPERIENCE

So for this interesting challenge, I tried to get involved with my class fellows. I never got a chance to talk with them in such a way I asked only about themselves. In all discussions, I did not talk about myself. I find this activity very helpful to initiate a purposeful conversation. Firstly I arranged questions in order to involve themselves according to their interest.

It was a very interesting activity and I learned from this activity how I take enough time from people and how to differentiate the interesting versus interested. I asked any respondent about herself she was very much involved in the conversation.
